Details of the Job/Internship
EY is hiring a Senior Associate – Litigation Support (GCO Enablement) with 4–6 years of experience to join its Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft communications and internal memoranda for GCO review.
- Manage document preservation, collection, and production for litigation and regulatory inquiries.
- Coordinate with departments to gather data and ensure compliance.
- Review and redact sensitive information from legal documents.
- Maintain litigation databases and detailed case records.
- Support in reviewing restrictive covenants and non-compete clauses.
- Collaborate with the Talent team on cease-and-desist and collection letters.
- Guide and assist junior team members.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.).
- 4–6 years of experience in document review, production, or electronic discovery.
- Strong understanding of non-compete clauses and restrictive covenants.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and legal databases such as Relativity.
