Details of the Job/Internship
Lex Arjava LLP is looking for a Senior Associate – Litigation with a minimum of 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience. The office is located in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and strategize complex litigation matters, including Writs and Real Estate disputes.
- Oversee high-value Arbitration proceedings and Consumer cases.
- Manage and argue matters related to NCLT, Civil Recovery, and Summary Suits.
- Provide expert client advisory on both criminal and civil legal implications.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive litigation plans from inception to final decree/order.
- Mentor junior associates and ensure the quality of drafting and research within the team.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized university; higher qualifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in hardcore litigation.
- Extensive experience in handling Real Estate, NCLT, and Writ matters.
- Proven ability to lead cases independently and manage client relationships effectively.
