Details of the Job/Internship
UnitedLex is hiring a Senior Associate – Trademark Search with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join its IP team in Gurgaon or Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct trademark searches using paid and unpaid databases.
- Prepare and file trademark applications.
- Perform risk assessments related to trademark matters.
- Create and maintain the Trademark Dashboard.
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint effectively.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trademark search.
- Proficiency in trademark databases.
- Knowledge of trademark application filing.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
