Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate – White Collar Crime with 3 to 6 years of experience to join their office in Gurgaon.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct email reviews.
• Perform fact-finding investigations.
• Conduct interviews as part of investigation processes.
• Work on matters related to FCPA, PMLA, UK Bribery Act, Companies Act, CBI, PCA, and SEBI.

Eligibility

Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India with 3 to 6 years of experience in white collar crime matters.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
