Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its White Collar Crime practice in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct fact-finding investigations and document reviews.
• Handle email reviews and internal inquiries.
• Participate in client interviews and assist with compliance checks.
• Advise on and ensure adherence to laws including FCPA, PMLA, UK Bribery Act, Companies Act, PCA, SEBI, and CBI-related matters.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in white-collar crime and investigations.
