Details of the Job/Internship

RSD Bajaj Global Law Firm is hiring a Senior Associate with 4 years post-qualification experience and an Associate with 2 years post-qualification experience to join their team in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle VC transactions independently (Senior Associate) or support and gradually lead transactions (Associate).
• Draft and negotiate term sheets, share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, co-founders’ agreements, escrow agreements, and ESOP policies.
• Conduct legal due diligence for startups and investors.
• Assist with closing formalities and post-deal compliance.
• Provide advisory on intellectual property, data protection, and corporate law.

Eligibility

• Senior Associate: Minimum 4 years PQE with proven independent VC deal experience.
• Associate: Minimum 2 years PQE with exposure to VC/M&A transactions.
• Prior experience in a law firm is mandatory.
• Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary/Stipend
