Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Handling transactional documentation.

- Managing matters related to corporate and commercial law.
Eligibility
- Minimum 8 years of experience.
- Strong communication, drafting, and research skills.
- Experience in Real Estate, Education, Media & Entertainment, and IP verticals preferred.
