Details of the Job/Internship

Maheshwari & Co. is hiring a Senior Associate – IPR Team with 6+ years of experience in IP-focused legal work to join their Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal opinions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, understand their needs, and offer solutions.
• Advise on trademarks, copyrights, patents, and designs.
• Draft, file, and prosecute IP applications before authorities.
• Handle IP litigation, oppositions, and enforcement actions.
• Conduct IP audits, searches, and due diligence.
• Liaise with clients and IP offices.
• Supervise junior associates and contribute to knowledge development.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (LL.B. or equivalent); LLM (IPR specialization) preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in an IP-focused legal role.
• Strong knowledge of Indian and international IP laws.
• Enrolled with any Bar Council.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
