Details of the Job/Internship

DSK Legal is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Associate & Principal Associate with 5 to 8+ years of experience to join them at their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft and review shareholder agreements, share subscription agreements, arbitration dispute resolutions, and other commercial related documentation.

Eligibility

Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in arbitration and related legal fields.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
