Details of the Job/Internship
Ayaam Legal is hiring a Senior Associate – Trademarks Team to join their Bengaluru office on a full-time, on-site basis.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, review, and manage trademark-related legal documents.
- Provide legal analysis and strategic advice on intellectual property matters.
- Handle issues concerning trademarks, copyright, and designs.
- Liaise with clients and address trademark-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Indian and international IP laws.
- Support in safeguarding and managing clients’ IP portfolios.
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Eligibility
- LLB or LLM with relevant specialisation in Intellectual Property.
- Experience in trademarks, copyright, and designs.
- Strong analytical and drafting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
- Knowledge of Indian and international IP laws is desirable.
