Details of the Job/Internship

Dodd & Co. is hiring a Senior Associate for its Prosecution team with at least 4-5 years of extensive prosecution experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of TM, Design, and Copyright applications from filing to registration.
• Handle cancellations and oppositions before various IP offices.
• Represent cases independently before hearing officers.
• Draft and file prosecution-related documents.
• Ensure timely updates and communication with clients.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4-5 years of extensive experience in prosecution.
• Experience in cancellations, oppositions, and IP hearings preferred.
• Strong English language skills (spoken and written).
• Confident, independent, and proactive approach.
