Details of the Job/Internship
DSA Legal is hiring a Senior Legal Associate – Litigation with 9–12 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on litigation and regulatory matters to protect commercial interests.
- Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, contracts, commercial agreements, and dispute documentation.
- Handle court appearances, arbitration, and commercial disputes across various forums.
- Work with clients and team members to identify legal risks and practical solutions.
- Develop templates, best practices, and legal strategies for dispute management.
- Support client engagement to strengthen the firm's client base.
- Provide guidance and risk support to aid in the firm's expansion strategy.
- Travel occasionally across India to attend conferences and professional events.
Eligibility
- LL.B degree.
- 9–12 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
