SKV Law Offices is hiring a Senior Associate with 5–6 years of experience in commercial litigation to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle commercial dispute matters independently.
• Represent clients before the Bombay High Court and District Courts.
• Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and case strategies.
• Coordinate with clients and senior counsels.
• Manage litigation timelines and court procedures.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• 5–6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Prior experience with Bombay High Court and District Courts is mandatory.
• Strong command over drafting and advocacy skills.
