Details of the Job/Internship

Altacit Global is hiring a Senior Associate / Advocate – Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) to join their office in Coimbatore.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Coimbatore branch operations.
• Develop and implement business strategies to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
• Conduct research on intellectual property laws and international regulations.
• Draft and file patent, trademark, copyright, and design applications.
• Assist in developing IP protection and portfolio management strategies.
• Handle patent and trademark prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, and infringement actions.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law with a good academic record.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to learn new technologies.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.

Salary/Stipend
