Details of the Job/Internship
Altacit Global is hiring a Senior Associate/Advocate IPR to manage intellectual property rights and corporate legal matters at their Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and file applications for patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
- Assist in developing IP protection and enforcement strategies.
- Conduct legal research on IP laws and international regulations.
- Handle prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, and infringement matters.
- Draft and review licensing, assignment, confidentiality, and tech transfer agreements.
- Provide legal advice on corporate compliance and regulatory matters.
- Draft and review corporate agreements such as shareholder agreements, NDAs, service agreements, and joint venture agreements.
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international IP regulations.
- Collaborate with clients and provide legal solutions on IP and corporate issues.
- Assist in IP litigation and corporate legal disputes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s in Law with a good academic record.
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to learn new technologies.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
