Details of the Job/Internship
Altacit Global is hiring a Senior Associate/Advocate – IPR with a law degree to join their Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and file applications for patents, trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
- Assist in developing strategies for IP protection and portfolio management.
- Conduct legal research on IP laws and international regulations.
- Manage prosecution, oppositions, cancellations, and infringement matters.
- Draft and negotiate IP-related contracts such as licensing and technology transfers.
- Advise on corporate compliance, governance, and regulatory issues.
- Draft and review corporate agreements including NDAs, service agreements, and JVs.
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international IP and corporate laws.
- Interact with clients to understand business needs and provide legal advice.
- Support litigation matters by preparing pleadings and evidence.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law with a good academic record.
- Strong grasp of technical concepts and a quick learner.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects.
