AV Legal Associates is hiring a Senior Associate Advocate to join their office in Pune. This is a full-time, on-site role. The position involves drafting agreements, providing real estate advisory and guidance, collaborating with junior associates, offering legal counsel, and ensuring compliance with applicable legal standards and regulations. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple matters efficiently.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft agreements and contracts.
• Provide real estate advisory and guidance.
• Collaborate with and mentor junior associates.
• Offer legal counsel.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and regulations.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or higher qualification in Law.
• Current Bar Council membership.
• Proficiency in legal drafting, contract drafting, and review.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and business laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior team members effectively.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of corporate, civil, or commercial law is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
