Details of the Job/Internship

AV Legal Associates is hiring a Senior Associate Advocate with 3+ years of experience for a full-time, on-site role in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts.
• Providing legal advisory and guidance on real estate matters.
• Collaborating with and mentoring junior associates.
• Offering legal counsel to clients and internal teams.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and legal standards.
• Managing multiple cases efficiently and meeting deadlines.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal services.
• At least 3 years of experience in contract drafting.
• Proficiency in legal drafting, contract drafting, and review.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and business laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• LLB or higher qualification in law with current Bar Council membership.
• Knowledge of corporate, civil, or commercial law is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
