Details of the Job/Internship
Ramesh Tripathi & Associates Firm is hiring for the position of Senior Associate Advocate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join them at their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
Drafting pleadings, legal notices, writ petitions and contractual draftings, Conducting legal research & case analysis, Representing clients in court proceedings, Assisting in arbitration and contractual matters, Appearing in Court, Arguing and attending the court proceedings matter.
Work requirements would primarily involve research skills, drafting, and physical Court and Tribunal appearance matters.Drafting pleadings, legal notices, writ petitions and contractual draftings, Conducting legal research & case analysis, Representing clients in court proceedings, Assisting in arbitration and contractual matters, Appearing in Court, Arguing and attending the court proceedings matter. Work would be spread over a wide range of criminal, civil, consumer, labour, corporate, real estate, insolvency, and IP laws.
Eligibility
- Law graduate from a recognised University having 2-3 experiences.
- Excellent academic and co-curricular credentials with a strong understanding of international dispute resolution principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
