Details of the Job/Internship

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate (AIF & Funds) located in Gurugram. The Senior Associate will be responsible for advising clients on setting up AIF & Funds-related matters, preparing and reviewing AIF formation documents, advising clients and providing legal opinions on matters related to AIFs and Funds.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of the AIF & Funds regulatory framework in India
• Experience in advising clients on AIF & Funds-related matters
• Excellent drafting and reviewing skills
• Ability to conduct due diligence and provide legal opinions
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a reputed university
• Master's degree in Law (LLM) with a focus on AIF & Funds is preferred
• Membership of the Bar Council of India
