Details of the Job/Internship
NovoJuris Legal is looking to hire a general corporate lawyer with extensive knowledge of commercial contracts, IP, and data protection. Knowledge of fintech or health tech is an added advantage.
Role and Responsibilities
- The candidate will be working extensively with clients in a wide range of technology industries on commercial contracts, advisory, and day-to-day operational legal issues.
- A good working knowledge of employment laws is required.
- An excellent understanding of data protection laws is mandatory.
- The candidate should showcase their work experience in a wide range of contracts such as SaaS subscription agreements, IP licensing, employment agreements, DPA, reseller/ channel partner agreements and the like.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer with their education from a reputed law college. Prior experience of having worked with law firms is mandatory.
