Details of the Job/Internship

IndiaLaw LLP is hiring for the position of Senior Associate/Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear and assist in matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
• Draft and review pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal notices.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare case summaries and briefs.
• Coordinate with Insolvency Professionals, clients, and external counsels.
• Assist senior counsel in formulating litigation strategy and execution.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in NCLT and corporate litigation preferred.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with IBC processes and Telangana/AP land laws will be an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
