Juris Prime Law Services is hiring for the position of Senior Associate/Associate with 1-5 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role, where the candidate will work closely with clients and colleagues to manage day-to-day corporate legal matters. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, advising on corporate transactions, and providing strategic legal support across various sectors.
Eligibility
- LL.B./LL.M. from a reputed law school.
- Membership with the relevant Bar Council.
- 1–5 years of experience in corporate law and transactional matters.
- Strong understanding of company law, securities regulations, banking & finance, employment law, and contract law.
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
