Details of the Job/Internship
Juris Prime Law Services is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate – Corporate Practice with experience of 1–5 years to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day legal work related to corporate practice.
- Draft and review legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and provide analytical support.
- Interact with clients and provide strategic legal advice.
- Assist in corporate and transactional matters.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a reputable institution.
- Membership in the relevant Bar Council.
- 1–5 years of experience in corporate law and transactional matters.
- Knowledge of company law, securities regulations, banking and finance laws, employment laws, and contract laws.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Company Secretary qualification will be an advantage.
