Details of the Job/Internship

Quintess Law is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to support its growing corporate practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements such as SSAs, SHAs, and investment agreements.
• Advise clients on legal issues related to corporate and commercial transactions.
• Maintain and manage client relationships.
• Prepare legal reports, documents, and transaction-related materials.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent experience.
• Experience in corporate transactions such as M&A, private equity, or venture capital.
• Strong legal knowledge and understanding of commercial laws.
• Professional-level proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
