Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Forecasting and Variance Analysis for various lines of Business 
• Partner US and India Leadership teams on key initiatives and execute process improvements 
• Operational Understanding of finance processes and ability to execute as needed 
• Business Partner teams in India and the US to ensure that operational rhythm is maintained 
• Lead & execute complex Finance projects. Illustrative examples include: (1) ERP implementation (2) Setting up of Advance Pricing Agreement, (3) ESOP implementation 

Eligibility

Basic Qualifications:

•  Any two of the listed qualifications: CA / MBA / CFA / CPA / FRM / CMA 
•  3-5 years of Work Experience
