Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Forecasting and Variance Analysis for various lines of Business
- Partner US and India Leadership teams on key initiatives and execute process improvements
- Operational Understanding of finance processes and ability to execute as needed
- Business Partner teams in India and the US to ensure that operational rhythm is maintained
- Lead & execute complex Finance projects. Illustrative examples include: (1) ERP implementation (2) Setting up of Advance Pricing Agreement, (3) ESOP implementation
Eligibility
Basic Qualifications:
- Any two of the listed qualifications: CA / MBA / CFA / CPA / FRM / CMA
- 3-5 years of Work Experience
