Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Senior Associate – Banking Lawyer to join its Banking practice in Mumbai. The role involves advising on a wide range of banking and finance matters, including structured and complex financial transactions, and supporting clients across established and emerging financial products.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advising on financial products, including project finance.
• Handling securitisation transactions.
• Working on leveraged finance matters.
• Advising on distressed debt transactions and debt restructuring.
• Supporting acquisition finance transactions.
• Advising on syndicated lending and structured products.
• Providing legal advisory services on established and emerging banking and finance products.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Post-qualification experience of 5–7 years in banking and finance practice.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
