Role and Responsibilities

• Handle banking and finance transactions.
• Draft and review loan documentation and assist in security creation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage client interactions and work independently.

Eligibility

• 4+ years of experience in banking and finance transactions and advisory.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in loan documentation, security creation, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage client interactions.
• Prior law firm experience is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
