Details of the Job/Internship

Burgeon Law is seeking a Senior Associate or higher for its Capital Markets team in New Delhi. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting legal due diligence for IPOs, FPOs, and securities offerings
• Drafting, reviewing and finalization of offer documents, prospectuses, and related SEBI filings
• Advising on legal risks and ensuring compliance with SEBI norms
• Representing clients before SEBI, stock exchanges, and regulatory authorities
• Supporting end-to-end execution of capital market transactions

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in capital markets.
• Experience representing issuers and BRLMs in main board IPOs.
• Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, including ICDR, Takeover Code, and Insider Trading laws.
