Details of the Job/Internship

Khaitan Legal Associates is hiring a Senior Associate with 5–6 years of experience in Capital Markets to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review DRHP/RHP, Letters of Offer, and agreements with SEBI-registered intermediaries.
• Coordinate with SEBI, stock exchanges, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in due diligence and manage pre- and post-issuance compliances.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5–6 years PQE in Capital Markets transactions.
• Strong knowledge of SEBI ICDR, Takeover, Insider Trading, LODR, Buy-Back, and Non-Convertible Securities Regulations.
• Familiarity with Companies Act, 2013, and Foreign Exchange Regulations.
• LLB degree required; preference for candidates with LLB + CS qualification.
