Details of the Job/Internship
Excellence Enablers Private Limited is hiring a Corporate Governance Analyst with experience in listed companies to join their office in BKC, Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Write reports on corporate governance topics.
- Analyse annual reports and stock exchange filings of listed Indian companies.
- Prepare compliance checklists under the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
- Analyse data for surveys and studies.
- Conduct research for corporate governance and in-house newsletters.
- Prepare material for governance-related training programmes.
- Collect and analyse governance-related data and prepare short reports.
- Draft governance articles addressing compliance gaps and best-practice solutions.
- Monitor domestic and international corporate governance developments.
- Track changes in corporate governance norms globally.
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary with experience in listed companies.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
