Details of the Job/Internship
Good Business Lab is hiring a Senior Associate Consultant with 3–6 years of experience for a remote GRC role.
Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain statutory registers, governance trackers, and the GRC task board on Asana.
- Prepare first drafts of board resolutions and monitor global legislative updates.
- Draft and review a wide range of contracts and email summaries based on vertical inputs.
- Manage the contract database, clause banks, and follow up on document execution/archiving.
- Conduct jurisdiction-specific legal research and prepare actionable notes on global GRC practices.
- Coordinate with Finance, HR, and Operations for documentation and regulatory filing requests.
- Maintain the organizational compliance calendar, including licenses and insurance tracking.
- Develop internal training materials, compliance newsletters, and FAQs for various departments.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university is mandatory.
- CS qualification (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in legal, compliance, or GRC roles.
- Strong understanding of Indian corporate frameworks and basic cross-border compliance.
- Ability to draft and review contracts with minimal supervision.
- Preferred: Prior experience in a Section 8 company, non-profit, or startup environment.
- Proficiency in maintaining legal databases and documentation systems.
