Mind Merchants is hiring a Senior Associate Contracts with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Contracts lifecycle Management, Drafting, Red Lining and Negotiation.
- Contract Abstraction.
- Should be able to work on live projects and resolve doubts.
- Should be able to draft various NDA, Trade Agreement, M&A and MOU etc. And review and analysis of various contractual documentation including MSA, Subcontractor Agreement, and Vendor License and Maintenance agreement.
- Good at drafting and finalizing RFP/RFO/RFQ.
- Having knowledge of drafting contracts based on pre-agreed precedents and guidelines. Uploading and maintenance of contracts in client databases and summarization of key terms used.
- Good knowledge of creating and implementing contracting processes, contract management platforms and methodologies across the industry segments.
- Expertise in measuring and regulating contractual (legal and regulatory) compliance across industry and contract types.
- Coordinating with team to identify requirement and delivery of work product.
- Maintenance of database for legal team.
- Working on training modules and providing training to the team members.

- Good knowledge of the Indian Legal System.
- Contract Management.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Able to manage multiple tasks often with competing deadlines.
- Willing to take up bigger challenges and add greater value to its clients.
- Extremely motivated and quick learner.
