Details of the Job/Internship

Juris Prime Law Services is hiring a Senior Associate – Corporate & Transactional Law with experience of 5+ years to join their office in Hyderabad, Telangana. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee corporate and transactional legal matters for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Conduct extensive legal research and provide strategic advice on complex corporate laws.
• Draft, review, and finalize a wide range of legal agreements, contracts, and transactional documents.
• Lead and manage negotiations on behalf of clients in various commercial transactions.
• Ensure all corporate actions and transactions remain compliant with relevant statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
• Provide analytical insights to resolve intricate legal disputes or structural challenges in transactions.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a reputed institution.
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience specifically in Corporate and Transactional matters.
• Demonstrated strength in legal research and drafting skills.
• Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad for an on-site role.
