Details of the Job/Internship
LexAnsh is hiring a Senior Associate with 1–3 years of experience in corporate and commercial law to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and support transaction advisory, joint ventures, restructurings, and corporate reorganisations.
- Conduct legal due diligence and prepare detailed reports.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements.
- Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial matters.
- Manage client relationships and act as primary contact on ongoing matters.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates and trainees.
- Collaborate with partners and other practice groups on multi-disciplinary matters.
- Assist in business development, including proposals and client pitches.
- Contribute to internal knowledge management and development of precedents.
- Participate in thought leadership initiatives such as articles, seminars, or industry events.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate and commercial law from a reputable firm.
- Strong expertise in corporate structuring and complex commercial contracts.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters autonomously while supporting team efforts.
- Strong client-facing and proactive problem-solving abilities.
