Details of the Job/Internship
Trilegal is hiring for the position of Senior Associate - Corporate Lawyer with 4-8 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Structuring and executing domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
- Private Equity: Advising on investments, exits, and portfolio management.
- Joint Ventures: Drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements and structuring strategic alliances.
- Restructuring, Distress, Special Situations, and Insolvency: Handling corporate restructurings and advisory in insolvency and special situation matters.
- Asset Management & Funds: Experience with fund formation, regulatory compliance, and investment strategies.
Eligibility
- 4–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a reputed law firm or in-house legal team.
- Strong technical understanding of corporate and commercial laws.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage transactions independently.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills..
- Effective communication and client management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
