Details of the Job/Internship

Aikyam Law Offices is hiring a Senior Associate – Corporate Transactions with 4–5 years of post-qualification experience to join its General Corporate and M&A (deal-side) practice in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on general corporate and M&A transactions.
• Handle asset purchase and finance transactions.
• Manage and execute cross-border deal work, particularly India–GCC matters.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage transaction documentation.
• Work directly with clients on deal execution.

Eligibility

• 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate or M&A transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to work directly with clients.
• Interest in cross-border and international deal work.

Salary/Stipend
