Eligibility
- A qualified lawyer must be enrolled in the Bar Council of India.
- PQE - 5 to 9 years.
- Expertise in Corporate Practice: Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Joint Ventures, Restructuring, Distress, Special Situations and Insolvency, Asset Management & Funds.
