Details of the Job/Internship

Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan attorneys is hiring a Senior Associate in Direct Tax with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience. The role involves managing corporate and international tax matters, transfer pricing assignments, tax compliance, litigation, advisory services, and client interactions across Delhi and Bangalore offices.

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous interaction with clients, manage expectations, and deliver outstanding service.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to provide comprehensive tax solutions.
• Represent the firm in assessments and tribunal appeals at CIT/ITAT level.
• Handle domestic and international tax matters, including transfer pricing.
• Conduct litigation, tax compliance, and advisory assignments.
• Research complex tax positions and apply them to client-specific needs.
• Collect and analyze required information for accurate tax compliance within budget.
• Identify areas of exposure and address challenges in compliance processes.
• Ensure timely, high-quality services and deliverables exceeding client expectations.

Eligibility

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Law Graduate from a reputed institution.
• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and international tax, with transfer pricing knowledge.
• Strong analytical, managerial, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced professional services environment.
