Details of the Job/Internship
Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan is hiring a Senior Associate – Direct Tax with 2–4 years of experience to join its Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Interact with clients, manage expectations, and deliver high-quality services.
- Represent the firm in assessments and tribunal appeals before CIT and ITAT.
- Handle domestic and international tax matters, including transfer pricing.
- Manage tax litigation, compliance, and advisory assignments.
- Conduct research on complex tax issues and apply them to client cases.
- Gather and analyze information to ensure accurate tax compliance.
- Identify risk exposure areas and address compliance challenges.
- Deliver timely and high-quality work exceeding client expectations.
Eligibility
- CA or Law Graduate from a reputed institution with a strong academic background.
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and international tax.
- Working knowledge of transfer pricing assignments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment.
