Details of the Job/Internship
Anhad Law is hiring a Senior Associate-Dispute Resolution to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Senior Associate will be responsible for providing clear legal advice to clients, working on advisory involving contentious matters, participating in dispute resolution processes such as arbitration and litigation, and offering practical business solutions.
- The role will also involve collaborating with other legal professionals and experts in different practice areas.
Eligibility
- Corporate and Commercial Law Knowledge.
- Experience in Civil, Criminal, Contractual, and Employment laws.
- Dispute Resolution skills, including arbitration and litigation.
- Strong understanding of legal and business perspectives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Previous experience in litigation matters and court appearances is a plus.
- Advanced degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a reputable institution.
