Samvād: Partners is hiring Senior Associates in Dispute Resolution with post-qualification experience of 4+ years to join its Mumbai office. The role involves advising domestic and international clients on contentious matters, including commercial, regulatory, and corporate litigation, domestic and international arbitration, and white-collar and insolvency-related disputes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advise clients on commercial, regulatory, and corporate litigation matters.
- Handle domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
- Assist in white-collar and insolvency-related disputes.
- Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings and other legal documents.
- Appear before courts, tribunals, and other relevant forums.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4+ years of post-qualification experience in litigation and/or arbitration.
- Strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Confidence in handling client interactions and court appearances.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
