Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join the Disputes Practice in the Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling dispute resolution matters before courts and arbitral tribunals.
• Support work related to arbitration proceedings.
• Assist in matters involving commercial litigation and white-collar crimes.
• Conduct legal research and support drafting related to disputes practice.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience or interest in dispute resolution, arbitration, commercial litigation, and white-collar crime matters.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
