Details of the Job/Internship

AK & Partners is hiring a Senior Associate (Disputes) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in litigation and dispute resolution to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves handling high-stakes, complex disputes and working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with direct partner mentorship.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and research.
• Appearing before courts across forums.
• Managing matters independently.
• Ensuring timely communication and workflow.
• Providing leadership and mentoring support.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong drafting and research skills.
• Court appearances across forums.
• Ability to manage matters end-to-end.
• Clear communication skills and adherence to timelines.
• Capability to take ownership, lead and mentor.

Salary/Stipend
