Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring a Senior Associate in the Labour and Employment Practice with 2–8 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on employee compensation, benefits, retention policies, and compliance with social security laws.
• Handle matters related to leave entitlements, wage regulations, hiring and exits, workforce reorganisations, and closure of businesses.
• Support diligences and employee transfers in business acquisitions.
• Draft and structure employment contracts, engagement models, and arrangements with contract workers.
• Manage separation and exit documentation, restrictive covenants, handbooks, and workplace policies.
• Conduct statutory and workplace training, handle disciplinary matters, and manage trade union disputes.
• Represent clients before provident fund and regulatory authorities.
• Assist with immigration issues, labour audits, disciplinary inquiries, and white-collar employee investigations.

Eligibility

Qualified lawyer and must be enrolled in the Bar Council of India.
