Details of the Job/Internship
Trilegal is hiring a Senior Associate with experience of 2–8 years to join their Labour and Employment Practice in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Advising clients across varied sectors on employment-related matters.
- Handling employment disputes, policy decisions, and legislative compliance.
- Advising on employee compensation, benefits, and retention policies.
- Ensuring compliance with social security laws, leave entitlements, and wage regulations.
- Managing senior management hiring and exits, workforce reorganisations, and closures.
- Conducting labour audits, disciplinary inquiries, and white-collar investigations.
- Drafting employment contracts, engagement models, and separation documentation.
- Assisting with trade union disputes, regulatory representations, and immigration issues.
- Drafting employee handbooks, policies, and conducting workplace training.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer.
- Must be enrolled in the Bar Council of India.
- 2 to 8 years of experience in Employment Law Practice.
Salary/Stipend
