Surana & Surana International Attorneys India is hiring for the position of Senior Associate, Family Business Practice to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Intergenerational Facilitation: Promote constructive dialogue and collaboration across generations.
- Succession Planning: Design strategic and sensitive succession frameworks tailored to family needs.
- Draft Legal Instruments: Contribute to the preparation of wills, trusts, family settlements, and constitutions.
- Family Office Structuring: Guide the creation and governance of family offices and wealth vehicles.
- Conflict Resolution: Navigate delicate family dynamics with discretion, empathy, and integrity.
Eligibility
- Background in law, psychology, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in family business advisory, mediation, succession planning, or private client services.
- Strong drafting skills and an understanding of family governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle high-stakes, confidential matters with care.
