Details of the Job/Internship

RSD Bajaj Global Law Firm is hiring a Senior Associate – General Corporate & Venture Capital Law Practice with 4+ years of experience to join its office at Golf Course Road, DLF Phase 1, Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle venture capital transactions independently.
• Draft and negotiate Term Sheets, SSA, SPA, SHA, Co-Founder/ Escrow Agreements, and ESOPs.
• Conduct startup due diligence.
• Advise on intellectual property, data protection, and corporate law.

Eligibility

• PQE: 4+ years.
• Proven independent VC deal experience.
• Prior law firm experience mandatory.
• Preference for candidates residing near Gurugram.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
