Details of the Job/Internship

RSD Bajaj Global Law Firm is hiring a Senior Associate-General Corporate & Venture Capital Law Practice with experience of 4 years to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Organizing transactions.
• Among other things, drafting and negotiating ESOP policies, advisory stocks, shareholders' agreements, co-founders' agreements, escrow agreements, share subscription agreements, and purchase agreements.
• Performing due diligence on legal and compliance matters for new businesses.
• Transaction closing procedures.
• Data protection and intellectual property.
• Typically, a corporate advisor.

Eligibility

• Four years or more of experience after qualifying.
• Experience managing venture capital deals on one's own is required.
• It is required to have work experience in a law firm.
• Preference for a location close to Gurugram's Golf Course Road and DLF Phase I.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
