JSA is looking for a candidate for the position of Senior Associate - General Corporate with 3-7 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate.
Eligibility
- Talented and motivated lawyer with 3 to 7 years of PQE in General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity matters.
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 law firms and demonstrate strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
